Instructions:
- Start by hulled and halving the strawberries, cutting the pineapple into bite-sized pieces, and rinsing the blackberries. Set these aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and butter (or margarine). Beat together until smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing until well incorporated.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip into the cream mixture until fully combined. This will create a light and fluffy cream layer.
- In another bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix with milk and vanilla extract. Stir until it thickens, usually about 2 minutes.
- In your parfait glasses or cups, start by adding a layer of the cream mixture at the bottom. Follow this with a layer of strawberries, then a layer of pineapple, and finally a layer of blackberries. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a dollop of cream on top and a few berries for garnish.
- Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together beautifully. Serve chilled and enjoy the delightful layers of flavor!
Notes
- For an extra touch, drizzle some chocolate syrup or honey over the top before serving.
- Make the cream mixture ahead of time and store it in the fridge to save time.
- Try using different flavored pudding mixes to switch up the taste.
- For a crunch element, consider adding granola or crushed cookies between the layers.
