From Start to Finish:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a separate bowl, combine the baking powder, seasoned salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Sprinkle the dry mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack.
- Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- While the wings are baking, melt the butter and mix it with the Buffalo sauce. Toss the baked wings in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve your crispy oven baked chicken wings with your favorite dipping sauces.
