  3. Step 3: Coat the Chicken Thighs - Place the chicken thighs in the baking dish. Using a brush or spoon, generously coat each thigh with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring some is under the skin for extra flavor. Reserve a little for basting later.
  4. Step 4: Bake the Chicken - Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side up in a single layer and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown.
