Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound extra-firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Press the Tofu - Wrap the tofu block in a towel, place a heavy object on top, and press for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Cut the Tofu - Unwrap and cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes or rectangles.
  3. Step 3: Make the Marinade - In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder.
  4. Step 4: Marinate the Tofu - Toss the tofu in the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Preheat the Air Fryer - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Step 6: Air Fry the Tofu - Arrange marinated tofu in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Step 7: Serve and Enjoy - Remove the tofu, let it cool slightly, and serve hot.

  • Ensure to press the tofu well for maximum crispiness.
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
  • Experiment with different spices for added flavor.
