Cooking Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Wings
Start by rinsing the party chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. This will help achieve that coveted crispy texture.
  2. Step 2: Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, smoked paprika, and ground black pepper. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  3. Step 3: Create the Coating
In another bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and cornstarch. Dip each seasoned wing first into the egg mixture, then coat it in the flour and cornstarch mixture, ensuring each wing is well-covered.
  4. Step 4: Heat the Oil
In a deep fryer or large pot, pour in 1-2 quarts of vegetable or canola oil. Heat the oil to 350°F (175°C). Use a thermometer to ensure the temperature is just right for frying.
  5. Step 5: Fry the Wings
Carefully place the coated wings in the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pot. Fry the wings in batches for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from the oil and place them on a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
  6. Step 6: Season and Serve
In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, lemon pepper seasoning, and ranch seasoning. While the wings are still warm, toss them in the seasoning mixture until they are well-coated. Serve immediately and enjoy the explosive flavors!
