  • 1.5 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons buttermilk substitute with yogurt if desired
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

Method
 

  1. Gather your ingredients and measure them out for smoother mixing.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, and buttermilk. Mix until smooth.
