Start by gathering all your ingredients and equipment. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the Biscoff spread and your choice of almond bark or white chocolate chips. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
In a large mixing bowl, add the Chex cereal. Pour the melted Biscoff and chocolate mixture over the cereal, gently folding it with a spatula until all the cereal pieces are evenly coated.
