  • 1 cup butter (2 sticks, softened)

  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Grease your 9x5 inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Step 3: In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Step 4: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.

  8. Step 8: Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
