- Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients. Start by gathering all your ingredients. Peel the banana and chop the green apple into smaller pieces for easier blending. Make sure your spinach is washed and ready to go.
- Step 2: Add Ingredients to Blender. In your blender, combine the 1/2 cup of coconut milk, 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup of spinach, the large banana, and the chopped green apple.
- Step 3: Blend Until Smooth. Add the 2 tablespoons of shaved coconut and the cup of ice. Blend on high until all ingredients are smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
