  • 2 tbsp. Sour Cream
  • 1 package Jell-O instant pudding mix Coconut Cream flavor
  • 1 package Dream Whip mix
  • 1 tsp. Almond Extract
  • 1 cup Shaved, sweetened coconut flakes
  • Graham Cracker Squares for dipping
  • Sliced Granny Smith Apples for dipping

Preparation Steps
  1. Gather all your ingredients on the counter for a smooth preparation process.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the room temperature cream cheese and sour cream. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. Sprinkle in the Coconut Cream Jell-O instant pudding mix and Dream Whip mix. Add the almond extract and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the sweetened coconut flakes gently with a spatula until evenly distributed.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap, shape it into a ball, and wrap tightly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm to help the flavors meld beautifully.
  7. Unwrap the cheese ball and place it on a serving platter. Optionally roll in additional coconut flakes. Serve with dippers.
