  • 1.75 cups self-rising flour Use gluten-free if necessary
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option
  • 1 spray cooking spray For greasing the baking sheet
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon A warm, aromatic spice
  • 0.75 cup sugar You can use a sugar substitute if desired

Method
 

Preparation Steps:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and coat it lightly with cooking spray.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a soft dough forms. Add more flour if too sticky.
  4. Step 4: Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll each into a long rope, and twist into a pretzel shape.
  5. Step 5: Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then coat each pretzel in the mixture.
  6. Step 6: Place pretzels on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Step 7: Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes
