Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter smooth or chunky
  • 2 cups roasted peanuts salted

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spatula
  • Baking sheet
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Cookie scoop or tablespoon

Method

Directions
  1. Step 1: Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips. Heat them in the microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue heating in 15-second intervals, stirring after each until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  2. Step 2: Add the Peanut Butter
Once the chocolate is melted, add the peanut butter to the bowl. Stir until the peanut butter is fully incorporated into the chocolate mixture, creating a creamy and luscious blend.
  3. Step 3: Mix in the Peanuts
Add the roasted peanuts to the chocolate-peanut butter mixture. Gently fold the peanuts in until they are evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.
  4. Step 4: Form the Clusters
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Make sure to leave some space between each cluster, as they may spread slightly as they cool.
  5. Step 5: Chill to Set
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the clusters are firm and set. If you’re in a hurry, you can also place them in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
  6. Step 6: Enjoy!
Once set, your chocolate peanut butter clusters are ready to be enjoyed! Transfer them to an airtight container for storage or serve them immediately to friends and family.

Notes

  • Store clusters in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
