Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 pkg. JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding (3.9 oz.)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (dark cocoa powder preferred)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1-1/2 pkg. BAKER'S Semi-Chocolate (4 oz. each)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup walnuts or pecans optional

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with the packed brown sugar and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  4. Step 4: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Step 5: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
  6. Step 6: Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  7. Step 7: Fold in the chopped BAKER'S Semi-Chocolate and white chocolate chips. Add nuts if using.
  8. Step 8: Using a cookie scoop, drop heaping spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
  9. Step 9: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers look soft.
  10. Step 10: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
