- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
- Step 2: Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.

- Step 5: In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sea salt, and espresso powder (if using).
- Step 6: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Step 7: Fold in chocolate chunks, reserving some for the top.
- Step 8: Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Step 9: Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Step 10: Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift out and cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.
