Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 chipotle pepper from a can in adobo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pepper

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients to make the process smoother.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise and light sour cream. Mix until creamy.
  3. Stir in ranch dressing mix, lime juice, and garlic pepper for flavor.
  4. Finely chop the chipotle pepper and add to the mixture, stirring well.
  5. If the dressing is too thick, thin it out with a splash of water or lime juice.
  6. Taste and adjust seasonings according to preference.
  7. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
  • Adjust the chipotle for your preferred spice level.
