The Method for Chipotle Cajun Shrimp and Guacamole Pizza.
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Dough. In a mixing bowl, combine the warm water, active dry yeast, and honey. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy. Then, add the flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place it in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for an hour or until doubled in size.
  2. Step 2: Make the Guacamole. While the dough is rising, prepare the guacamole. In a bowl, mash the avocados with a fork. Stir in the diced jalapeño, chopped cilantro, green onions, and a pinch of salt. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary. Set aside.
  3. Step 3: Prepare the Shrimp. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, Creole seasoning, brown sugar, chipotle chile, adobo sauce, and salt and pepper.
