Preparation Steps:
- Start by washing and chopping the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the purple onion and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, deli-sliced chicken breast, shaved parmesan cheese, and thinly sliced purple onion. Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the top and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- Lay out a large tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Be careful not to overfill it, as you’ll need room to wrap it up.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll from the bottom to the top, securing the filling tightly within. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Once all wraps are assembled, slice each wrap in half diagonally. Arrange them on a serving platter and enjoy immediately, or pack them for later!
