Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Drain and rinse the chickpeas under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas with tamari, nutritional yeast, chili powder, ground cumin, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix until evenly coated.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
