Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee high-quality, organic if possible
  • 1 tablespoon grass-fed butter plus 1 teaspoon
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil

Method
 

  1. Start by brewing 1 cup of your favorite coffee using your preferred method.
  2. Once your coffee is ready, measure out 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of grass-fed butter and 1 tablespoon of MCT oil.
  3. In a high-speed blender, combine the brewed coffee, grass-fed butter, and MCT oil. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until frothy and creamy.
  4. Pour your Bulletproof Coffee into a mug and savor the rich, buttery flavor.
