Begin by slicing your pumpernickel bagels in half. Toast them in a toaster or under the broiler until they are golden brown and slightly crispy.
Once the bagels are toasted, generously spread garlic lemon herb cream cheese over each half.
Layer smoked salmon over the cream cheese.
Add cucumber slices, followed by red onion slices, and then avocado slices.
Add thin slices of apple on top followed by a handful of baby arugula.
