Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese sharp
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 pound boudin casing removed

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove the boudin from its casing and cook in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until heated through, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Blend until smooth.
  4. Fold the cooked boudin into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
  5. Spoon the dip into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving with dippers of your choice.
