Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, milk, chia seeds, hemp hearts, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, ensuring they're evenly distributed throughout the oat mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mash the blackberries with a fork. Add the honey and lemon juice, mixing well to combine.
- Layer the oat mixture and blackberry mixture in mason jars or airtight containers. Start with oats, then blackberries, and repeat until full.
- Seal the jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- In the morning, enjoy cold or warm with extra milk and toppings if desired.
Notes
- Allow the oats to cool before sealing to prevent condensation.
- These oats can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- For a dairy-free option, use almond or coconut milk.
