For the Blackberry Mixture:

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, milk, chia seeds, hemp hearts, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  2. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, ensuring they're evenly distributed throughout the oat mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash the blackberries with a fork. Add the honey and lemon juice, mixing well to combine.
  4. Layer the oat mixture and blackberry mixture in mason jars or airtight containers. Start with oats, then blackberries, and repeat until full.
  5. Seal the jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. In the morning, enjoy cold or warm with extra milk and toppings if desired.

Notes

  • Allow the oats to cool before sealing to prevent condensation.
