Instructions:
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.
- Step 3: Stir in dill pickle relish and yellow mustard. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
- Step 4: Layer the bottom of the pie dish with American cheese and sprinkle with sharp cheddar cheese.
- Step 5: In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, Bisquick baking mix, and eggs until smooth.
- Step 6: Spread the cooked beef mixture over the cheese layer, then pour the Bisquick mixture on top.
- Step 7: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Step 8: Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
