  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2/3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup dill pickle relish (not sweet relish)
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 3 large eggs

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  3. Step 3: Stir in dill pickle relish and yellow mustard. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
  4. Step 4: Layer the bottom of the pie dish with American cheese and sprinkle with sharp cheddar cheese.
  5. Step 5: In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, Bisquick baking mix, and eggs until smooth.
  6. Step 6: Spread the cooked beef mixture over the cheese layer, then pour the Bisquick mixture on top.
  7. Step 7: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a knife inserted comes out clean.
  8. Step 8: Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
