  • 1/3 cup Butter softened
  • 1 1/4 cups White Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 4 large Very Ripe Bananas mashed
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Walnuts chopped

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. Step 2: Grease your 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Step 4: In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Step 5: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until combined.
  6. Step 6: Gently fold in the chopped walnuts.
  7. Step 7: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Smooth the top and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
