- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
- Step 2: Grease your 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
- Step 4: In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Step 5: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until combined.
