Banana Fluff

This Banana Fluff is a cloud-like dessert with creamy banana pudding, fluffy whipped topping, and crunchy vanilla wafers!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 3.4 ounces instant banana pudding
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon banana extract
  • 8 ounces whipped topping (thawed)
  • 2 cups mini vanilla wafer cookies
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup sliced bananas (approximately 2 small bananas, 1/2 inch thick)

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a whisk until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the instant banana pudding mix and whole milk to the cream cheese. Continue whisking until well combined and thickened.
  3. Stir in the banana extract, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping using a spatula.
  5. In a baking dish, layer the banana fluff mixture, mini vanilla wafer cookies, and mini marshmallows until ingredients are used up, finishing with the banana fluff on top.
  6. Top with sliced bananas and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a fruity twist in summer, add fresh berries.
  • Try stirring in cinnamon for a cozy autumn flavor.
  • To prevent banana slices from browning, add them just before serving.
