- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray your baking dish lightly with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed garlic, melted butter, fresh lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Stir until well mixed.
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
- Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in the prepared baking dish.
- Drizzle the garlic-butter-lemon mixture evenly over the tilapia fillets.
- Bake the tilapia for 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle additional fresh parsley over the top for garnish. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- To reheat, place in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic mixture.
