Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish or sheet with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sea salt, pepper, panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, paprika, and minced garlic. Mix until well incorporated.
- Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish and spread the panko mixture over each fillet.
- Transfer the dish to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the salmon is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving.
