Ingredients
  

For the Tilapia:
  • 4 medium tilapia fillets fresh or thawed
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs made from day-old bread
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley fresh
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for greasing
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

Directions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for a crispy crust.
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Place tilapia on the baking sheet. Coat with melted butter and sprinkle breadcrumb mixture on top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Let rest, serve with lemon wedges, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
  • Make the breadcrumb mixture in advance and store it in the fridge.
  • Pair with roasted vegetables or a light salad for a complete meal.
