Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Baking Pan
    Line your 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. Step 2: Melt the Chocolate
    In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the milk chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  3. Step 3: Add Baileys and Vanilla
    Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the Baileys Irish cream and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Step 4: Pour into the Pan
    Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, using a spatula to spread it evenly.
  5. Step 5: Chill and Set
    Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until it is fully set.
  6. Step 6: Cut and Serve
    Once the fudge is set, lift it out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares and enjoy!
