- Step 1: Prepare the Baking PanLine your 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
- Step 2: Melt the ChocolateIn a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the milk chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
- Step 3: Add Baileys and VanillaRemove the saucepan from heat and stir in the Baileys Irish cream and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Step 4: Pour into the PanPour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, using a spatula to spread it evenly.
- Step 5: Chill and SetRefrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until it is fully set.
- Step 6: Cut and ServeOnce the fudge is set, lift it out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares and enjoy!
