Ingredients
  

For the Dip:
  • 9 ounces Corned Beef, chopped (3 packages of 2 ounces each)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Dill Weed
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Dry Onion
For Serving:
  • Bagels (cut into 1" pieces)

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Start by chopping the corned beef into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped corned beef, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill weed, seasoned salt, and minced dry onion.
  3. Using a spoon or spatula, mix all the ingredients until they are well combined.
  4. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. While the dip is chilling, slice the bagels into 1-inch pieces and arrange them on a serving platter.
  6. Once the dip has chilled, give it a quick stir, transfer it to a serving bowl, and enjoy with the freshly cut bagel pieces.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise.
  • Store the dip in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Try adding chopped vegetables for extra crunch!
