- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate them. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the quartered biscuits, apple pie filling, and cinnamon. Gently fold together.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the butterscotch chips evenly over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the biscuit pieces are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- While baking, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl to make the glaze.
- Once out of the oven and slightly cooled, drizzle the glaze over the top and serve warm.
