  • 1/4 cup Cornmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 large Egg white slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons Canola oil

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Almond Coating - Preheat your skillet over medium heat. In a food processor, pulse the raw almonds until finely chopped. Combine with cornmeal, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt on a large plate and mix well.
  2. Step 2: Set Up Your Dipping Station - In a shallow dish, lightly beat the egg white until frothy.
  3. Step 3: Coat the Tilapia - Dip each tilapia fillet into the beaten egg white, letting excess drip off, then transfer to the almond mixture and press gently to adhere.
  4. Step 4: Cook the Fillets - Heat canola oil in the skillet until shimmering. Cook coated tilapia for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Step 5: Serve and Enjoy - Remove from skillet and let rest on a paper towel. Serve with vegetables or salad.
