Step 3: Prepare the Marinade. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the low-sodium soy sauce or tamari, seasoned rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Step 4: Marinate the Tofu. Add the tofu cubes to the bowl of marinade. Gently toss to ensure that each piece is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Step 5: Coat with Cornstarch. After marinating, sprinkle the cornstarch over the tofu. Toss gently to coat each piece.
Step 6: Preheat the Air Fryer. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Step 7: Air-Fry the Tofu. Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Step 8: Serve and Enjoy! Once done, remove the tofu from the air fryer and let it cool slightly before serving.
