  • 1 pound raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Start by rinsing the shrimp under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Check for doneness; the shrimp should be pink and opaque.
  6. Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon.

  • Store leftover shrimp in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • You can freeze the shrimp before cooking for later use; ensure they are well sealed.
  • Reheat leftover shrimp in the air fryer for about 3-4 minutes.
