  • 32 jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined (approximately 1 1/4 pounds)

Method
 

  1. Start by rinsing the shrimp under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the extra-virgin olive oil, garlic powder, sweet paprika, dried parsley, and kosher salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add the cleaned shrimp to the bowl with the seasoning mixture. Toss the shrimp until they are fully coated.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Once cooked, transfer the shrimp to a serving platter and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Use wild-caught shrimp for the best flavor.
  • Thaw frozen shrimp in the refrigerator before cooking.
  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer; cook in batches if necessary.
