Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Pita Bread - Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Slice each pita into triangles or strips.
  2. Step 2: Season the Pita Chips - In a mixing bowl, combine the pita pieces with olive oil and Greek seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Step 3: Air Fry the Chips - Place the seasoned pita chips in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Step 4: Check for Crispiness - After cooking, check the chips. If desired, add an additional 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
  5. Step 5: Cool and Serve - Remove the chips and let them cool on a wire rack before serving with your favorite dip.

Notes

  • Store cooled pita chips in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the seasoning.
  • Re-crisp leftover chips in the air fryer for a couple of minutes before serving.
