Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients. Dice the bell peppers and chop the spinach finely. Grate the low-fat cheese if you haven't done so already.
- In a mixing bowl, crack the four large eggs. Season with salt and black pepper to your taste. Beat the eggs until they are well blended and slightly frothy.
- Fold in the diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, and shredded cheese into the beaten eggs. Mix gently until evenly distributed.
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for about 3 minutes. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
- Carefully pour the egg mixture into the prepared air fryer basket. Cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, checking for doneness around the 10-minute mark.
- Once cooked, gently remove the omelet from the air fryer using a spatula. Serve hot, garnished with additional herbs or a side of fresh fruit.
