Ingredients

  • 10 oz baby carrots rinsed and pat dry
  • 1-2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Italian parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring spoons
  • Spatula or tongs
  • Serving Dish

Method

  1. Start by rinsing the baby carrots under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel to remove any moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and honey. Stir well until they are fully incorporated.
  3. Add the rinsed baby carrots to the bowl with the butter and honey mixture. Sprinkle in salt and black pepper to taste. Toss everything together until the carrots are evenly coated.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the seasoned carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Once the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized, transfer them to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped Italian parsley.

Notes
