Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 teaspoons fresh parsley finely chopped, divided
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 baguette sliced into 1-inch thick pieces

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush
  • Knife

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, minced garlic, 2 teaspoons of chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese (if using). Mix until well blended.
  2. Carefully slice the baguette into 1-inch thick pieces.
  3. Using a pastry brush, generously spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each baguette slice.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Once preheated, place the coated baguette slices in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping. Air fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
  5. Once done, remove the garlic bread from the air fryer and sprinkle the remaining parsley on top for a fresh touch. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Substitute half of the butter with olive oil for a healthier option.
  • Use whole-grain or gluten-free baguette for added fiber.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
