In a mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, minced garlic, 2 teaspoons of chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese (if using). Mix until well blended.
Carefully slice the baguette into 1-inch thick pieces.
Using a pastry brush, generously spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each baguette slice.
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Once preheated, place the coated baguette slices in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping. Air fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
Once done, remove the garlic bread from the air fryer and sprinkle the remaining parsley on top for a fresh touch. Serve immediately and enjoy!
