- Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
- Place the eggs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching each other. Cook for 15 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is up, carefully transfer the eggs to a bowl filled with ice water. Let them sit for about 5-10 minutes.
- Gently tap each egg on a hard surface to crack the shell, then peel under running water for easier removal.
- Slice the peeled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise, softened butter, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
- Using a spoon or piping bag, fill the hollowed egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle paprika over the filled eggs and add finely chopped chives, parsley, or green onions.
