  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt for seasoning

Instructions
  1. Start by rinsing the Russet potatoes under cold water. Use a kitchen towel to dry them thoroughly.
  2. Using a fork, poke several holes around each potato to allow steam to escape while they cook.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the potatoes with olive oil and salt, ensuring each potato is evenly coated.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned potatoes into the basket in a single layer and cook for about 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. After 35 minutes, check for doneness by inserting a fork into the center. If it goes in easily, they’re ready!
  6. Remove the potatoes from the air fryer, let them cool for a few minutes, slice open, fluff the insides with a fork, and add your favorite toppings.
