- Start by rinsing the Russet potatoes under cold water. Use a kitchen towel to dry them thoroughly.
- Using a fork, poke several holes around each potato to allow steam to escape while they cook.

- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned potatoes into the basket in a single layer and cook for about 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- After 35 minutes, check for doneness by inserting a fork into the center. If it goes in easily, they’re ready!
- Remove the potatoes from the air fryer, let them cool for a few minutes, slice open, fluff the insides with a fork, and add your favorite toppings.
