Cooking Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
- Pat the steaks dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture. Brush both sides of the steaks with olive oil, then generously season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned steaks in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not overcrowded. Air fry the steaks for 10-12 minutes for medium doneness, flipping halfway through.
- Once the steaks are done, remove them from the air fryer and immediately top each one with a generous dollop of the prepared garlic butter. Let the steaks rest for about 5 minutes.
- After resting, slice the steaks against the grain for maximum tenderness. Serve hot, garnished with any remaining garlic butter and a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- Don't skip drying the steaks; moisture prevents a nice crust.
- Allow the steak to come to room temperature before cooking.
- Use a meat thermometer to check doneness accurately.
- Let the steak rest for juicy and tender meat.
