Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cauliflower florets fresh
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut your cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, hot sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice. Stir well.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl with the sauce. Toss to coat.
  5. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm with your choice of dipping sauces.
