Wash and cut your cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer.
Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm with your choice of dipping sauces.
