Ingredients
  

  • 1 head broccoli cut into medium florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for roasting
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper adjust to spice preference

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the broccoli and cut it into medium-sized florets.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets with olive oil and crushed red pepper. Toss well.
  4. Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • You can freeze roasted broccoli in a freezer bag for up to 2 months.
  • Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
