Method
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash the broccoli and cut it into medium-sized florets.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets with olive oil and crushed red pepper. Toss well.
- Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- You can freeze roasted broccoli in a freezer bag for up to 2 months.
- Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
