Ingredients
  

For the Caramel Sauce:
  • 400 g Full Fat Coconut Milk ca 1 cup
  • 90 ml Sukrin Fibre Syrup 7 tbsp

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the full-fat coconut milk and Sukrin Fibre Syrup.
  2. Step 2: Place the saucepan over low to medium heat. Stir constantly with a whisk to combine smoothly.
  3. Step 3: Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce begins to simmer. Reduce heat and cook for another 5-10 minutes to thicken.
  4. Step 4: Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to a storage jar. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
  5. Step 5: Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Warm gently before use.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays and thaw as needed.
  • To restore pourable consistency, warm gently with a splash of water or coconut milk.
