Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the full-fat coconut milk and Sukrin Fibre Syrup.
- Step 2: Place the saucepan over low to medium heat. Stir constantly with a whisk to combine smoothly.
- Step 3: Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce begins to simmer. Reduce heat and cook for another 5-10 minutes to thicken.
- Step 4: Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to a storage jar. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
- Step 5: Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Warm gently before use.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays and thaw as needed.
- To restore pourable consistency, warm gently with a splash of water or coconut milk.
