Ingredients
  

For the Dough:
  • 1.75 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet or Pizza Stone

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 3/4 cups of self-rising flour and 1 cup of Greek yogurt. Stir together until a shaggy dough forms.
  2. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth. Add more flour if too sticky.
  3. Roll the dough out to your desired thickness using a rolling pin.
  4. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for about 5-7 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Add your favorite toppings to the pre-baked crust and return it to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Store leftover dough in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Freeze unused dough wrapped tightly for up to 3 months.
  • Reheat baked pizza at 350°F (177°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
