- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 3/4 cups of self-rising flour and 1 cup of Greek yogurt. Stir together until a shaggy dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth. Add more flour if too sticky.
- Roll the dough out to your desired thickness using a rolling pin.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for about 5-7 minutes until lightly golden.
- Add your favorite toppings to the pre-baked crust and return it to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
