In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and salt. Add the Greek yogurt and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces, roll each into a ball, and flatten slightly with your hands.
Using a rolling pin, roll each ball into a flatbread shape about 1/4-inch thick.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat for a few minutes.
Place one rolled-out naan in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles form. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
If desired, brush melted butter on top of the naan as soon as it comes off the skillet.
Repeat the cooking process for the remaining pieces of dough.
Serve warm with your favorite dishes or enjoy on its own!
